Nancy Ludwick Parnell, 73, passed away on February 4, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida. Born on March 20, 1952, in West Palm Beach, Florida, Nancy lived a beautiful life grounded in faith, devoted to her family, and illuminated by her creative spirit.
As a young adult, Nancy earned an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Tallahassee Community College and dedicated over 30 years to serving her community as a registered dental hygienist. Her professionalism …
