Nancy Mumm (Stal) of Oakley, CA, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the age of 74.
She was born on May 23, 1948 in Indiana to Lottie (Smigla) and John Stal. For most of her life she resided in Union City, CA, relocating only earlier this year to Oakley, CA.
