Nancy's obituary
Nancy Lott was born on January 21, 1955, and passed on July 18, 2025. She will be remembered as an honest, talkative, straightforward, and caring woman who was passionate about keeping her house clean and organized.
Her legacy was raising her son Landon on her own, to the best of her abilities, with the support of her friends and family. Also, the love and care she shared with her friends and family, and the valuable lessons she imparted, the most important of which was the importance of staying in touch with loved ones.
She leaves behind her son Landon Lott, brother Arnold Stewart, sisters Diane Huston and Clara Jarret, as well as her brother, Raymond Stewart Jr. . Predeceasing her were her parents, Raymond and Patricia Stewart, and her grandson, Zachariah Timothy Moore.
A woman of simple pleasures, Nancy loved dining out at restaurants with her son, eating Dairy Queen ice cream on the cone, and sharing holiday meals with her family. She also enjoyed sipping on Coffee every morning or an ice-cold sweet tea, Tang, or Kool Aid on hot summer days. In her free time, she enjoyed playing card games such as Spades, Solitaire, Rummy, UNO, and board games such as Sorry! or Monopoly with her friends and family. Her favorite dice game was Yahtzee.
Nancy was a fan of Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Cindy Lauper, Alan Jackson, and The Chipmunks : Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. She liked watching TV shows such as "Little House on the Prairie", "Full House" , "Punky Bruster", "Alf", "Fonzy", "The Little Rascals" "Tom & Jerry", and "C.H.I.P.S. Highway Patrol" and her preferred movies were "Ghost", " Splash ", "La Bamba", "The Outsiders", "Grease", and "Dirty Dancing".
As for her favorite local spots, she enjoyed visiting her friends and family. She also enjoyed going to the Tampa Bay University Mall, Bush Gardens Tampa Bay, Cracker Barrel, Golden Coral, Po Folks, and Piccadilly. Her favorite color was purple, and she was fond of walking long distances for exercise.
Nancy was passionate about causes including The Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Independent Order of Foresters. Her love, dedication, and commitment to these causes will always be remembered.
Nancy Lott lived a full and successful life and will be remembered for her love, kindness, and the friendships she cultivated in her timetime. Her family, friends, and everyone that had the chance to know her will miss her immeasurably.
