Theres no proper way to express the depth of the loss our family has experienced. Theres no words that can fully capture the feelings we all are feeling today. To have known Aunt Nancy, to have been lucky enough to be a member of her family is to be blessed. If she loved you she loved you completely. When you walked in her door you were automatically family, automatically loved. She was the best part of most of us, we knew we could call Aunt Nancy whenever we needed to and she would answer and listen. She gave the best advice and the best hugs... God forbid you cracked your knuckles infront of her... she probably growled at you. But you knew from her "you smart ass" and the laughter she created with her snappy comments and silly arguments with her sister or children that she cared deeply. I love you Aunt Nancy thank you for being one of my best memories growing up. Every holiday and birthday you were there and it'll be hard to fill the hole youre leaving behind but I know youre not truly leaving us. You'll always be there with us in spirit and heart. I worked with Nancy at Kaiser Manteca for years. She always invited our family to the Stockton Gun and Rod club events which we would bring our daughter Alysa to and we always had so much fun. I have had hours and hours of conversations with her about her beloved family over the years. I will never forget her friendship, love snd kindness. She will always have a special place in my heart. I love you Nancy.  All my love, Michelle Jimenez and family.

Nancy always cared a lot about the people around her and it showed.  Be it saying hi at family gatherings or going out of her way to visit family. Meant a lot having her in my life and I’m glad for it.

I vividly remember when Nancy became my Aunt. Huge family party, with all my cousins to play with and in my eyes my “new aunt” was a real life Princess! I remember seeing her in her wedding dress and being in awe over how beautiful she was. I was 6 or 7 years old. She even let me hold her baby when he was born and I was thrilled to be considered a Big Kid! When I had my first baby, she would often come visit and was so thrilled for me each time I added to my growing family. I had (and still) an amusing story to explain to people who she was in relation to me, when she married my Stepdad. They were the only family to visit me when I lived hours away in the middle of nowhere with my two small children. They brought bikes for the kids and we went to see Santa. When I moved back to the city and had two more kids, they were there for all the big life events, Baptisms and school events. Nancy would send all 4 of my crew gifts for every holiday. PJs and stockings for Christmas, baskets and treats for Easter. In fact, I stopped getting my kids Easter Baskets because she’d send so much and I knew I could count on her to take care of it! When we moved closer, she continued doing all the things for us and added even more, going to the kids school for Grandparents Day and seeing them in Ninja Class and school plays. 🤍 The last time we hung out, she had tracked down her wedding photo that I had asked about and brought it over for me. She touched my life in ways that I cannot express fully. Her kindness inspires me. Her love of family and connection, inclusiveness and the joy of just being together is the lesson that I will always cherish. We will always miss her, but I know that I will forever be grateful to have the memories we shared.
