Nancy Darlene Roe Hall was born in Tonasket WA, November 11th 1947, the daughter of the late Frank Harris Roe and Mable Pauline Woods Webb. She grew up living in various locations in Eastern WA with her mother Mable Pauline Webb & Pete Owen Webb her stepfather. After graduating from Omak High School, class of 1966, she moved Westward to the Seattle area. Eventually she met and married Donald Oliver Hall …
