At age 57, Nancy Corsino, born in Santurce, Puerto Rico on November 18, 1964, transitioned into the next phase of her journey on September 28th.

Nancy was such a force of nature that it’s hard to believe she is gone; it always seemed like she was invincible. But that's just one of the many ways that she will be remembered by those who loved her - as a real wonder woman and superhero; someone who was strong enough to keep fighting, with courage and grace, even when things seemed impossible.

While Cancer led to the loss of her life, Nancy never lost her zest for life and being a source of hope and inspiration for her family.

It was not possible to feel down in Nancy’s presence because she was always up for anything— from playing games, to going on an adventure, to baking up sweet treats. With an infectious personality, she was a celebrity in the lives of those lucky enough to know her. She also felt lucky and fortunate to have a career that lead her to experience the world. Although her travel stories were amazing, her presence where ever she was best.

Nancy wants her friends and family to remember that even though they can’t see her anymore, she’s still there. She’ll be sticking with them forever.

So, in this dark hour may we remember that she was the brightest light in any room. As we mourn her death, let us remember that she was the life of every party. As we grieve her leaving this earthly world that she has traveled, let us remember that her spirit has arrived home where it will continue to travel infinitely.

Most importantly, as we feel empty from her loss, may we gain a lesson from her example- to live our lives more fully- because that's what she would have wanted us to do.

Nancy returned to her source and her memory is now our source of unconditional love.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Arianna Corsino, and granddaughter Valentina Maisonet.
