Nanci's obituary
She was born in Providence, RI on November 16, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Daniel and Esther Beardsley. She was the beloved mother of four children and Nana for three grandchildren.
She moved to Phoenix in 2003 to work for the College of Law at Arizona State University. She retired, yet still served as a volunteer for ASU, helping others with the facilitation of their retirement.
Of Armenian ancestry, she was extremely proud and honored to be in the kitchen, making staple items like Kudinja, (a holiday favorite for everyone in the family). She was an artist who loved to paint and always made time for sewing beautiful blankets and embroidery. She put her heart into everything she did.
She is survived by her sons Andrew and Todd Morowczynski, her daughters Sara and Lisa, and daughter's in-law, Kristina and Moire, three great grandchildren Eligh and Ruby Shaffer, and the newest addition to our family. Nina Morowczynski.
There will be no public funeral. In time, Friends and family are welcome to visit Kiwanis Park, in Tempe AZ to look for the oak tree that will be planted in her name.
