Mike was born on December 4, 1938 to Herman W. and Marie (Narveson) in Mayville, NorthDakota. At the age of 12, he moved with his family to a farm in Moorhead. MN.
He attended elementary school in Mayville and the State Teachers College(Campus) High School in Moorhead
He graduated from Moorhead State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

After graduation, [he] worked in the printing and forms business with Moore Business forms and later Holland Business Forms. He proudly built his business on service and reliability.
Mike loved to golf and spend time at their cottage on Lake Lizzie After retirement he spent numerous hours collecting memorabilia and enjoyed many hobbies.

He was a member of Fargo First Lutheran Church. He was a proud Shriner, a Life Member of the Elks and a member of the VFW
after serving in the United States Army.

Mike was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Dale Doreen Holland (McKee). step daughters, Shannon McCracken, Nicole McCracken (Charles Youel,) and grandson Levi Lepird; Sister-in-law, Gail Holland. Sister, Mae, (Dean) Weiland and several Holland - Weiland nieces and nephews

Services will be held at a private service in the Minneapolis Washburn McReavy- Edina Funeral Chapel, on October 14, 2021 at 12:30 PM. Interment in Fort Snelling Cemetery At 11:00 AM. Prior to service
