Myrna "Lenae" Cobb, better known to many simply as Lenae, passed away on December 15, 2022. Born on December 7, 1947, Lenae led a life characterized by strength, independence, and thoughtfulness, leaving a lasting legacy in both her family and her community.

Lenae was a devoted mother to her children, and will be sorely missed by her daughters Christie Gilkeson, Dawnyae Beltran, Leila Drake, and Celisha Drake and her sons Scott Beltran, Stephen Cobb, Darren Beltran, Jarom Beltran, and Matthew Cobb. She was predeceased by her son Brigham Beltran and her husband Craig Cobb, whom she married in 1982, and who remained her husband until death. 

Throughout her life, Lenae was a beacon of resilience and determination, with her greatest accomplishments including her years as a mother and her continued education at DATC. Despite the challenges she faced, she lived by the mantra to "always continue to try each day", a testament to her unwavering spirit and the wisdom she so generously shared with those around her on her good days. 

Even as we mourn Lenae's passing, we celebrate the peace her body has finally found. Her memory will forever be cherished and her lessons deeply ingrained in the hearts of her loved ones. Her life was a testament to the power of perseverance, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
