Ms. Myra Ann Bell (affectionately known as Jeannie by family and friends) was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 11, 1943 to parents Ruth Fuller and George Bell. As a young girl, Myra enjoyed spending time with her grandmother, dressing up in her Sunday best, cooking, reading, and dreaming of places she would one day visit.
