Mykai's obituary
As we announce the passing of Mykai "Drop 3" Daniels, a beacon of light, laughter, and leadership. Born on July 16, 1997, he left us all too soon on June 14, 2023. Known lovingly as Drop 3, he preferred to be called Kai and truly lived life to the fullest.

Mykai leaves behind a grieving famille: his sons Mykalian Daniels, daughter Mykalia Daniels, brother Malyk Daniels, Micheaux Daniels, Damarius Daniels, his sister Miausha Daniels, his loving mother Kimberly Vaughn-Daniels, and his father Clyde Daniels. Mykai was predeceased by his beloved grandmother Minnie Daniels and cousin Fredrick Farmer, Family friend Aaron Armstrong-Ross.
Kai was Known as a life of the party and a natural-born leader, Mykai danced to the beat of his own drum. His lessons of authenticity, resilience, and compassion will continue to inspire. He encouraged us to be true to ourselves, to be warriors, and to give generously, even if it meant giving the shirt off his back.
Mykai shared of many talents, Mykai was a Kansas City National Wrestling Champion also won a Football champion as youth and a passionate musician. His album "Money Can't Buy You Loyalty" and his numerous live performances stand testament to his artistic genius. His music, soaked in emotion, honesty, and aspiration, will indeed live on forever.
Mykai's legacy will continue in his great love for his family, including his two amazing children and a third he embraced as his own. Known as a lover, a leader, a Father brother, and a son, his strength and courage will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. His life was a testament to his belief - never let anyone else define you, stay blessed, and persevere through trials and tribulations. He has left an indelible mark on everyone he touched, and his spirit will remain with us always.
