James Albert Neal 111 was born December 9, 1969 to James Neal Jr and Safiyah Goode-Neal in Palo Alto, Ca.James received his early education in Fresno, Ca and continued his latter education in Palo, Alto Ca. At an early age James accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour. On Sunday's he would be up and ready to catch what ever church bus or van that came through our neighborhood and go to church.

James soon began asking if his sisters could go with him, and pleading with me to go as well.

James was as a little boy very curious about everything often experimenting with animals, once even putting our gold fish in the bath tub with tide soap to see if it could swim. As a young boy James' I Q was that of a 10 year old at 4 and at 10 his I Q was that of a 20 year old.

His wisdom and knowledge was amazing! Не often advised his sisters on their behaviour.

James loved his family so much and was always looking out for us whenever he was near. He could no longer stay, but leave this place, gone but not forgotten
