 My heart is sad. My prayers still go out to the family as I know they will grieve for this beautiful girl for a long time. Monica was the cutest little thing and I loved her so.

I will always think of Monica when I see a sunflower. She loved sunflowers. She also loved crab legs, so when she went with the Painter family to the Red Lobster, she always ordered crab legs. I remember her dancing at my daddy's birthday celebration at Saluda Shoals. She had on a cute black and white dress and some uggs and she was just having the best time. We will miss you very much and I will always think of you when I see a sunflower. We love you, Monica. Becky Painter

Monica was my niece by marriage, as my sister is married to Jerry McPherson.  She was a special part of our family. My parents were thrilled to have 4 granddaughters in the family and her pictures hang in our homes.  She will be remembered fondly and missed terribly in the coming years. We love you! The entire Bill Painter Family.

I can’t believe it’s been 30 years since we met I may have been your sisters best friend but that made me feel like your little sister. We have shared so many laughs over the years and some are brought up just about every time we talk (carrots) js.. it’s heart breaking to know that in the blink of an eye someone is taken out of your life forever.. RIP sis!!! You may be gone but you’ll never be forgotten

I am so sorry for you're poss! 8years I was praised to have opportunity to have such a amazing woman in my life by my side .had only it been now for we are different people .I love you still to this day ..in our  next life you will see ,I will look for you as I talk to you on a daily basis .you may be gone love. you will never be forgotten.  I love you .he'll or high water.. just don't stop talking to me now .

I won't be long keep you're eyes out for me. 

To you're parents monica is the most amazing young woman God took too soon if I could have taken her place promise you I would have .
