With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Monica Michelle Gutierrez, who left this world far too soon on March 27, 2025. Born on May 7, 1987, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Monica was a loving daughter, devoted mother, and cherished family member whose kindness and spirit will never be forgotten.

Monica’s greatest joy in life was her beloved daughter, Selina Marie Gutierrez, whom she adored beyond measure. She is survived by her parents, Vincent L. Gutierrez and Judith A. Austin, as well as her grandmother, Adella Miller. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who will always hold her close in their hearts.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Frank Gutierrez, her grandfather, Lynn Miller, and her uncle, Martin Gutierrez. While she is no longer with us, the love she shared and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Monica’s warmth, laughter, and unwavering love for her family and friends defined her life. Her absence leaves a void that can never truly be filled, but her legacy of love will remain.
