Monica Bonnie Grazier 6/26/1924 - 12/22/2024

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce that our mother M. "Bonnie" Grazier, 100 years old passed away. Bonnie was born in Owatonna, Minnesota where she went through school and got her teaching certificate, then moved to Kalama WA for her first teaching job. Bonnie then married and spent the rest of her years in Oregon.

Mom loved her family and many friends with her remarkable loving spirit and thoughtful gestures of caring and generosity.

She was cherished by her 3 daughters, Shirley, Bonnie and Marjorie and 2 sons Tom and Jimmy, 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Bonnie was proceeded in death by her husband Oliver "Gus" and son Tom. She taught school for three years before she met and married her husband. Mom kept busy by staying at home and raising her 5 children while supporting her church, doing crafts, gardening, baking and oil painting. In later years she took care of her husband for 13 years while working at the Multnomah County DA's office doing clerical work before retiring.

She will be remembered for her smile, her vibrant spirit and her loving support. She was a loving "Mom" and Grandma who left us with loving hugs and endless memories.

Service will be at St. Matthews Anglican Church 11100 NE Skidmore St. Portland, OR 97220, December 30, 2024, at 2:30 pm.

Private burial at Willamette National Cemetery.
