Mollie's obituary

Mollie Ann Deering of Longmont, CO departed this earth on September 28, 2025 just shy of her 71st birthday. She was surrounded by her loving family, after a long battle with cancer. Mollie was born on October 4, 1954 in Fort Collins, CO. She was born to Pete and Norma Deering. She was a graduate of Poudre High School and Colorado State University. Mollie pursued a career with IBM and then later in life as a surgical technician. Mollie was passionate about helping animals, gardening, and spicy foods. She was quite the incredible seamstress as well as an avid Broncos and Avalanche fan! She is survived by her twin sister Margaret Garton (Tom), brother Ted Deering, niece Jamie Mund (Josh), niece Tammy Garton, niece Stacy Koehler (Jereme) and several great nieces and nephews. Mollie was preceded in death by her parents Pete and Norma Deering. A memorial service will be held on [Date] at [Time] at [Location of Service]. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Longmont Humane Society. ,
