2024, Minneapolis, MN, USA
I worked with Mitch for the last 6 years.  Mitch was a great guy!  Very, very hard worker, very knowledgeable.  His work ethic was unmatched, in my opinion.  Easy guy to talk to.  Swapping stories, or shooting the breeze.  He was very excited about the Lynx being in the playoffs this year, and loved going to the games.  He sat behind the Lynx bench, so he could see the plays they were about to run, hear the coaches, and the players.  He would tell me about the games the following day.  He told me about a not so nice player on the team, and how he wanted to tie her shoe laces together when she was on the bench….  Mitch was also excited about the upcoming hunting season.  He brought in some Venison for some of us.  It was delicious.  I will miss Mitch.  I talked to him just about everyday.  He came over one weekend to help me put a water heater in my house.  I tried to pay him a few bucks for spending his time helping me out, but Mitch wouldn’t accept any money.  So my wife made him a huge Ribeye steak, with all the fixings, and I brought it to work for his lunch the following day.  He reminded me how much he liked that steak all the time.  We meant to get together this summer for another steak barbecue, but our schedules never allowed us to.  Mitch worked ALOT of OT.  The man taught me a lot about our jobs.  And he was very knowledgeable about life.  I’ll sure miss seeing him around, and talking to him all the time.  Rest In Peace Brother.
