I will never forget Mitchell at the craps table in Las Vegas during our NSM for BD. Mitchell thought he had the hottest hand and knew more than the dice and was so proud of his 4 hour run and $120 winnings. He was so great to be around, and simple to please.  He thought he was the man those few days. I couldnt help but make fun of him.

I wore a shirt last week from The Southerner that I bought while in town for Mitchell’s funeral. My promise to myself and Mitchell would be that I would wear it anytime it was clean, and remember him every time I put it on. I have done that, and it has been my favorite mint colored t shirt ever since that day. That shirt has been on my back through many cool experiences and I told a story about my buddy Mitchell and the meaning of “catch and release” to a new friend I met in Belize last week. He was carving wood and was moved by the impact losing a friend had on me.

Mitchell, you are remembered by me and my family and your goodness lives on. You were an incredible friend and I wish we could have shared more times on a boat together so I could show you what a real lake looks like in Minnesota and we could have wakesurfed a long wave together. 🤙🤙

I wish your family the best!

Mitchell and I sailed on Semester at Sea together. I never got to know him well, but from all my interactions he was a happy man, a genuine man, and a good man.

I'll always remember auditioning alongside Mitchell for the student and crew talent shows on the ship. Mitchell was the most naturally funny and personable guy in that room; I'll never forget how cool-headed and kind he was through every interaction I had with him.
Mitchell was a shipboard celebrity in his own right and he ROCKED that emcee gig at the crew talent show.

God bless Mitchell, his family, and his friends.

Dear Jeff and Mary Lou, I am so sorry for your loss. Mitchell was a very fine young man whom I enjoyed seeing at Hale gatherings. Obviously he was a very kind, loving fellow full of laughter and joy. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your son. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Prayers to all of you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn the loss of an amazing young man. I enjoyed getting to know Mitchell working at BSN together. He was always uplifting and putting smiles on the faces of those around him. His passion for his family was evident from the first time we met. I pray you can all find comfort in the days to come.
My deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of Mitchell. I had the pleasure of being a co-worker, team member and one of his trainers at BD. We shared a lot of fun memories whether it was spending a week in the car together during training or the handful of team trips that we were on together. The future was bright for Mitchell and I am saddened and shocked with this loss. One thing of many that stood out to me was his love for his family and how much he wanted to succeed because of the role model he had in his brother.

I pray that our Lord and Savior, Jesus, gives everyone the strength needed to get through today and all of the tough days ahead. I hope all grieving find comfort in knowing that his body is resting but in Spirit he is standing along side our Heavenly Father.

Hale Family,

I had the pleasure to have Mitchell travel with me on a ride along for his job with BD and then train him in the field. I haven’t met his brother, but he was one of the primary reasons he wanted to get into medical sales. I spoke to him on Friday morning as any normal day, and am heart broken that this happened. My thoughts and prayers go out to you in this tragic time and wish that I could be there. He was always happy, caring, and just enjoyable to be around.

Rest In Peace My Friend...
Jeff and Mary Lou and Family. The loss of your son and brother is beyond words but please know that you all and Mitchell are in our thoughts and prayers.

Please accept our most sincere condolences.
Hale Family,
I'm so very sorry for the loss of your son, brother, uncle and friend. I am praying for your peace and comfort during this most difficult time. May you find comfort in the fact that he is now resting in God's loving arms. You all will continue to be in my prayers.
Dear Jeff and Mary Lou:

I was asked to pray for Your son, and then told he was called by the Lord. I can imagine the sadness in Your heart.
May God comfort you in this moment giving You the assurance that Mitchell is in the most beautiful place called heaven.
