We regretfully announce the passing of Minette Clark Pallett of Liberty City, Texas on Friday, February 19, 2021. Minette was surrounded by her daughter Courtney and her husband Joey and she passed away peacefully.

My mother, Minette was one of the strongest, hard working, kindest, loving and funny women to ever walk this earth and I was blessed to have her as my mother and best friend. She never met a stranger and everyone who met her instantly fell in love with her and her kind heart.

In 1988, she met my Father, Raleigh Dale Pallett and together they went on to have me, Courtney. Minette was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space she left behind. She will never be forgotten.

She is survived by daughter Courtney and husband Joey Cubine and granddaughter Ryleigh Faith Cubine also of Liberty City Texas.

Please consider a donation in my mom's name to pay for her cremation so we can reunite her as ashes with my father's ashes like she wished, as that was important to her and what she wanted. We will be holding a memorial service at a later date after her cremation.
