I can only say good things about my mother, Mildred “Milburn” King Gurley.  I use to hear my grandmother call you  Milburn, but it never dawn on me that Milburn is your birth name instead of Mildred.  As I grew older and traveled, you were always present in my life even when I married and had children!  You always had a big smile on your face when we visited, even up to and while you were on your bed of death.  You were still thinking about keeping our family close to you and planning for our success.  Thanks mom, for all that you sacrificed, so that we could succeed in life.  Your sacrifice is not in vain.  Love you mom!
