Background
Cathy, was filed as missing in 2004 by her daughter, for 20 yrs she searched and her in every person she saw walking by her. Twenty years later she was located under guardianship in Massachusetts. The guardian in place made it impossible for any kind of reunification or relationship. On July 17, her daughter was told her brother was found deceased and on August 25th her mom also. I hope any donations can go to help find others missing that are being taken advantage of.
