Mildred "Mill" Baylor, 92, of Harrisburg Pa, passed away on January 13, 2023 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was born November 21, 1931 in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late.  Stephany Myers and Minnie (Williams) Baylor. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen Baylor and   brothers, Donald, Carl, I. Robert and James  Baylor. Mildred is survived by her sister, Patricia "Pat". Baylor of Harrisburg and her brother, John Baylor of Harrisburg. Mildred Baylor was a 1946 graduate of Harrisburg High School and attended the Hershey Junior College. She retired from the PA Department of Public Welfare as a Budget Supervisor. She was a member of and sang in the choir at the Derry Presbyterian Church in Hershey.
