Was born on March 17 1946 he was proceeded in death by Father Joesph Dale Noe his mother Emma Catherine Arnold also sister Patricia Evans and William Earl Noe Sr. He leaves behind a wife Rita Faye noe and Two daughters Teresa Michelle Noe age 41 of Springfield Tennessee and oldest daughter Tina Marie Rawls age 43 also of Springfield Tennessee and 4 Grand kids Alexander dale traughber, Desiree Michelle woodall, and Jeremy Allen traughber and Katelyn Elizabeth Walters, Anna nichole Rawls and Nikolas Reid singleton both also of Springfield Tennessee,and one great grandson Elli Traughber
