Mike Robinette, 57, passed away on December 24, 2020 in Unicoi, TN. Born in Pittsburgh, CA. Residing in Elkmont, AL. Raised in Unicoi, TN. Graduated from Unicoi county high school. Enlisted in the Army reserve and continued his military career in the Navy. Mike was a longtime aircraft fuel tank mechanic. He loved to fish and enjoyed watching sports, especially the UT Vols and NASCAR. He loved to make his family and friends laugh.
Survivors include: Parents: Dewey E. Jr and Shirleen Robinette of Unicoi, TN. Two daughters: Andrea D. Robinette of Unicoi, TN and son-in-law Larry D. Davis. Amanda N Walker of Elkmont, AL and son-in-law Justin A Walker. Brother: Dean A. Robinette of Erwin, TN and sister-in-law Laura A Robinette. Sister: Leane M Robinette-Kelley of Unicoi, TN and brother-in-law Scott G Kelley. Two grand kids: Hannah L Davis and Jared B Dawkins; and a nephew and many nieces. An open memorial service will be held at Unicoi Church of God on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020 at 5:00pm officiated by Rev. Eddie Blazer.
