I grew up in Clyde, Ohio. Mike and his dad came to our church and played their guitars. We knew each other thru our teenager years. Connected on FB many years later as many of us baby boomers did to connect. I recently known of his passing. I reached out to a mutual classmate to inquire. I was sad to hear cause he was part of my youth. I want to send my sympathy to his family and to say many of us from Clyde knew him and I will re post his obit on my page to let former classmates of his passing. RIP
We are so sad to this day here. Your light and love shown everyday and in everything you did. I guess Heaven needed that more. Thank you for your kindness and friendship. I hope you are playing a guitar and Rob is listening with Beth on his lap. Until we meet again….
Although I didn't know Mike well, I was always impressed by how nice he was the few times I met him. The love between Mike and Leslee was a true inspiration. I was honored to write the poem for the services. RIP Mike. Make your beautiful music in Heaven with the other angels.
My heart goes out to your children all of them! To your wife who stood by you in your best moments and bad ; and in your last moments. Life is going to be different without you . Just the fact I could call you up on any given moment and ask you for advice on how to handle a situation or just to shoot you a conversation 🥹 I want you to know that all that hard work and effort to show us that life is not measured by the moments you take a breath but by the moments of what takes your breath away.. you left us with your legacy and we admire you for showing us that! You proved that even from the depths of bottom of the world that you can break free from chains and family curses .. Grow and become stronger individuals. I will miss you deeply ! I am glad I got a chance to spend time with you last summer ! Love always Maria 💕 your baby sister
Godspeed, Mike. You will always be missed. I was lucky to have you as a neighbor for 15 years. You were the “worker bee” always out working on something with your sweat bandanna on.

Extending my deepest condolences to Mike's wife, family and friends. I have fond memories of Mike at Fremont Ross HS, especially from Art class. His passion for music was ever-present back then, and I'm glad to know he continued his pursuit.
Mike will be remembered as funny, kind, considerate and genuine. I am terribly sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers to his loved ones.
Mike, the ultimate entertainment committee, you hosted the greatest birthday of my life two years ago. Making sure my accommodations were perfect in the nicest RV I ever had the pleasure of. Setting up the party room with vibrant multi color lights. The sound system just right. And then at midnight New Years Eve, the Columbian Songstress Isabel, sang Happy Birthday while I danced with my puppy, Coco Chanel. Best birthday ever. After that, all of our lives changed dramatically. But now, you are the entertainment committee to the angels. We sure miss you. Kathy Pope, Naples, Florida
