I started working in SKA in it's second year so I knew Cesar for quite a while. He was usually the first person I saw when I walked in and he always greeted me with a smile. He helped me out for a few years in a quiet but extremely important way: In the first few years that I worked in SKA, I drove a car that didn't have air conditioning. When Cesar realized that, he told me that he would always block off the parking spot under the sole tree so at least my car would rest in the shade and not be as hot when I headed home. I will never forget his kindness. May his family be comforted. I know he will be greatly missed
I worked at SKA with Cesar for many years. He was a “gentle giant “, always kind, soft spoken, helpful in any way he could. He told me of his life in Uruguay, how he worked as a butcher. I told him my dad was also a butcher and how difficult it was. He was proud of his children and shared their accomplishments. May you be comforted by your memories of him.
I worked at SKA with Cesar for many years. He was kind, pleasant, and a real gentleman. It was a pleasure working with him. My condolences.
