Miguel Aranceta Herrero, born on October 14, 1954, in Carrión de los Condes, Spain, passed away on February 22, 2025, in Santander, Spain.

A long-time resident of Paterson, New Jersey, he was the owner of España Tire Shop for over 30 years, where he became a beloved figure in the community.

Miguel passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication. He is survived by his loving mother, Beatriz Aranceta, his brother Ricardo Aranceta, two sons, Miguel J. Aranceta and Richard Aranceta, Patricia and his cherished grandchildren. Sadly, he was preceded in death by his younger sister, and younger son, Ivan A. Aranceta, whose memory will forever remain in our hearts.

Known for his humble nature, witty humor, and bubbly disposition, Miguel had an uncanny ability to bring a smile to everyone he encountered. His playful sarcasm and kind spirit endeared him to many, making him a beloved friend to countless customers and neighbors. He touched the lives of those around him, and his legacy of kindness will live on through his family and friends. Miguel will be greatly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will forever be cherished.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life, details to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist (https://www.rcdopcathedral.or…">https://www.rcdopcathedral.org), in honor of Miguel Aranceta Herrero.
