Growing up across the street from Mickey is a cherished memory of mine. She was always a happy, funny person. She was a good friend of my sisters, so she was at our house frequently. I was among the boys who had a crush on her back then. My last memory of her was a few years ago when my late wife and I visited her in Santa Fe on our way to my daughter’s place in Taos. Mickey was a great one for reminiscing the 50s and 60s growing up. I lost touch with her when my wife passed away, but always wondered how she was doing. I was greatly sadden by her passing. RIP - Mickey
