She was born April 25, 1962, in Manchester CT, to Ilse Lauff and Albert J. Arsenault.
Michelle was a dedicated mother, daughter, and sister. She loved to take trips to the beach, crafting, singing, knitting, and spending time with her family. She found peace in following her faith, and brought generosity and …
