Michelle's obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Michelle (Hippert) Washburn, born on June 1, 1956 in Worcester, and departed from us on May 20, 2024 in Worcester. Michelle was a beacon of light and love in life, touching the hearts of those she met with her irresistible joy and creativity.
Michelle is survived by her loving siblings, her sister, Lynn Hippert and her brothers, Terrance D Hippert and Leon A Hippert. Her cheerful presence will be dearly missed, but the love and joy she shared will forever remain in their hearts.
Michelle was predeceased by her beloved parents, Roy K Hippert and Ann (Flynn) Hippert. She was also predeceased by her husband, Gerald Washburn, whom she married in 1997 and dearly loved, and brothers, Roy Hippert, Jerry Hippert and Michael Hippert.
A talented soul, Michelle enjoyed music, karaoke, singing, and arts and crafts. Her creativity was evident in her everyday life and hobbies. Michelle had a smile that could light up a room the moment she entered. Her personal motto was "I love you more," a true testament to her generous and loving spirit.
A memorial service for Michelle will be held on June 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Graham, Putnam, & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA 01610. We will come together to celebrate her vibrant life and the memories she has left for us to cherish.
Remembering Michelle, her sister Lynne said, "My sister was a kind, caring, sharing, thoughtful, and sweet person. She was fun to be around and a wonderful big sister. I am glad we shared lots of time together, she was a joy. Michelle will be forever missed; we will cherish her always."
Michelle's legacy of love, joy, and creativity will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her. May she rest in peace.
