Michelle (Carter) was a cherished soul known for her humor and friendliness, passed away on November 11, 2019 at the age of 48 in Annapolis, Maryland . She was born on January 11, 1970 in Butler, PA.

Michelle was a graduate of Seneca Valley High School and furthered he education at Butler County Community College. Her academic achievements were complemented by her service to her country as an Army veteran. After her military service, she dedicated years of her life at the VA Medical Center of Pittsburgh. In her personal life, she loved her dogs and enjoyed reading.

Michelle was preceded in death by her son, Nehemiah Burr and her youngest brother Dennis Burr. Surviving family members include four brothers: Howard, Donald, Kenneth (Kathy) and Timothy (Lisa), one sister, Marie McCullough (Joseph), three grandchildren: Zachariah, Angel and Timiah, and two great-grandchildren: Saint and Silas.

Michelle will be profoundly missed, but the echoes of laughter and the imprints of her kindness will never fade. Donations in her memory can be made to the local Humane Society or public library.
