Michelle M. Carman was born April 30, 1961 at the Tripler Army Hospital, Ft. Shafter, in Oahu , Hawaii to Ralph A. and Winnie (Grantham) Carman. As Michelle was growing up, she seen a lot of states and country as her Dad was in the Army. She lived in Hawaii off and on for 5 years. Michelle went to many schools although her high school years were spent in Litchfield, NE graduating with the class of 1979. Michelle lived in many different places the latest was in Virginia working at Wendy’s for 6 years. The last 2 years she returned to Nebraska to take care of her father until her health declined and she wasn’t able to continue. Michelle loved to cook up a feast for any occasions. She loved football, especially the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Go Big Red!

Michelle is survived by 2 half-brothers, Richard D. Burns of Holden, Louisiana and Lloyd E. (Christine) Blevins of Fayetteville, North Carlina; half-sister, Mary A. (Steven) Haynes of Bradenton, FL; step-sister-in-law, Karen Burns of Grand Island, Nebraska; 12 nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Winnie and half-brother, John E. Burns.
