Michelle Brevet, age 46, of Lafayette, IN passed away on February 17th, 2026.

Michelle was born on February 24, 1979 in Lafayette, IN to Michael Crank and Valorie Metzger.

Michelle was known for her creative spirit and her remarkable ability to do just about anything she set her mind to. A true jill of all trades, she loved art in all its forms, especially painting and expoxy, she enjoyed DIY projects, and had a special place in her heart for animals. Michelle loved to camp, going to church, and spending time with her family and friends.

Michelle will be remembered for her resourcefulness, her love of creativity, and the warmth she brought to everyday life. She touched many lives through her talents and her unique way of seeing the world. Michelle knew no stranger she was an amazing friend and always helped those in need.

Michelle is survived by her children, Valorie (Amanda) Salazar, Dane Welch, Nevaeh (Landon) Foley, Alexa Michelle Foley (Adopted), Ashton Michael Foley (Adopted); Her sisters, Annette Allison, Cassandra "Cj" Crank, Jessikah Crank and Reece Crank (Adopted); her grandmother Flossie (Joe) Salazar; grandchildren Braelyn and Jackson.

She was preceeded in death by her mother Valorie Metzger; father Michael Crank; grandpa William "Bill" Crank; and grandma Joyce Jarvis.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held for her on March 10th at 6:00PM at River City Church
