Help Us Honor Michelle After Her Battle With Stage 4 Lung Cancer
On December 28, 2025, my boyfriend and his family lost their beloved mother, Michelle, after her brave battle with stage 4 lung cancer. Michelle’s diagnosis came after months of illness that doctors initially believed was pneumonia, which sadly delayed the discovery of her cancer. Even through unimaginable pain and hardship, she continued to fight with strength, grace, and love for her family.
As someone who loved Michelle and watched firsthand the toll this took on her and her family, my heart is broken for them. During this time of grief, they are also facing the unexpected financial burden of final expenses. This fundraiser is to help cover the cost of Michelle’s cremation and related arrangements so her family can honor her life and say goodbye with the dignity she deserves.
Michelle was a loving mother and a kind soul who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She will always be remembered for her warmth, her strength, and the love she had for her children and family. Her absence leaves a space that can never be filled.
Any donation, no matter the amount, would mean the world to her family and help ease the stress during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser or keeping the family in your thoughts and prayers is deeply appreciated.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting their family as they navigate this painful loss and work to honor Michelle’s memory.
**Any funds donated will be used to cover the cost of cremation which is $1,667.00 and if there would be anything left over would go to the family to help with a celebration of life.
The family would like the Thank Wichmann Funeral Home (Heart of the Valley).
Donations can also be done directly at Wichmann Funeral Home In Appleton. ** Contribute
