Michele Diane Thompson, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on October 18, 2023, surrounded by her three children, Amber Ragland, Terry "Trey" Thompson, and Richard "Tanner" Thompson, as well as her devoted grandson, Dylan Tanner Thompson, who had dedicated his life to her care.
Michele was born on November 26, 1948, and was a shining beacon of light to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald "Terry" Thompson, her sister, Marilyn Susan Montroy, and her niece, Jennifer Montroy Peck. Michele is the daughter of the late Harold “Hal” and Mary Miller. She is survived by her loving children and grandson, Amber, Trey, Tanner, and Dylan, as well as her cherished granddaughters, Brooklynn Jayde Dossey, Cydnee Lynne Dossey, and Baylee Michele Thompson and two nephews Scott Montroy and David Cleveland..
Michele's life was marked by the extraordinary love she had for her family and friends. Her unwavering devotion to her children and grandchildren was nothing short of inspiring.Michele had a remarkable talent for bringing people together and making them feel at home. She was a second mother to so many, a trusted confidant, and a source of unending support for all who had the privilege of knowing her. One of Michele's many talents was her love for cooking. She had a passion for preparing delicious meals for her family and friends and was always eager to share her culinary creations with anyone who came through her door. Michele's generosity extended even to our furry friends, as she also lovingly cooked for their pets.
In addition to her culinary talents, Michele was a gifted pianist. She played the piano with grace and elegance, captivating those around her with the beautiful melodies she could create. Her music was a source of comfort, joy, and inspiration to all who had the pleasure of listening.

A celebration of Michele's life will be held on Wednesday, October the 25th at John M. Ireland and Son Funeral Home and Chapel in Moore, Oklahoma followed by Burriel in Purcell, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to [Charity or Cause], a cause that was close to Michele's heart.
