Tamara Wiederhold
2000, Sears at Clackamas Town Center
I worked as a Clerical Assistant for Brand Central appliances at Sears.  Mike started in October of 2000.  We fairly quickly began to spend time together.  We started dating  almost immediately.  We moved in together and became engaged in April of 2001.  We were married May 23, 2001.  We were married 22 years, when on September 7th, 2023, he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.  My world was turned upside down.  I am taking it one day at a time and trying to go on, living to honor us both (:
His labor of love was watering the tide bush my parents gave me. Every once in a while he would surprise with fresh flowers. He always made sure my water bottle was full, he often made sure I ate. He would make sure the outside of our home was taken care of and fixed the things around the house that he was able. He worked on my car when it was down ring he knew how to fix. He did a ton of projects around the house. When money was an option he would surprise me with little gifts, cards, chocolate or flowers. He liked to plan little trips when we could afford it. He always made sure our guests were taken care of. He loved and took care of our pets devotedly. He always made sure he helped my Mom in and out of our home. He also made sure my car was moved, when my Mom came over; so she wouldn’t have far to walk. He would often check on me and make sure I was ok. There are thousands of kindnesses in 22 years. There are too many to list.

He was my husband and he was like nobody else I’ve ever known.
How to be a good wife, who worked tirelessly to take care of my family. To be giving, selfless , patient, understanding, respectful and loving. He made me strive to be the best wife I could be.
