Michael was an educator for over thirty years in Upper Darby School District. He's quoted as saying he’s “never worked a day in his life.”
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael’s memory can be made to The Michael Welsh Scholarship Fund. The fund will support students of Upper Darby School District who attended Garrettford Elementary School and aspire to pursue a degree in education, thus carrying on Michael's legacy. Contribute
