Michael Terence Woods, 58, of Centreville, Virginia, passed away on September 23, 2021 of natural causes. Michael was born on January 19, 1963 to Terence and Margarita Woods in Washington, DC. After graduating from Oakton High School in 1981, he went on to study Business Administration and Computer Science at George Mason University. Michael had a long and successful career as a Project Manager/Engineer in physical security systems and integration. He was highly respected in his field and well loved by his customers. Michael enjoyed both playing and coaching volleyball for many years and was active in the Southwestern Youth Association. Recently, Michael enjoyed boating, a good cigar, and living in Basye, Virginia at Bryce Mountain. Michael is survived by his three children, Caitlin, Justin, and Gabrielle, from his marriage to Michelle. He is also survived by his mother, Margarita Woods, his sister, Margarita Moylan, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews. Michael was predeceased by his father, Terence John Woods.
