This is an open invitation to anyone who knew Mike—because if you knew him, you know a quiet, serious gathering was never really his style. This is much more of a stop-by, swap-stories, laugh-until-you-forget-what-you-were-saying kind of afternoon—exactly how he would’ve liked it.

Bring the full range: the heartfelt stories, the hilarious ones, the “did that actually happen?” moments—and yes, even the slightly or legally questionable ones. If it sounds like something Mike would’ve done (or talked you into doing), it absolutely belongs. Extra credit for any story that starts with “this seemed like a good idea at the time…”

There will be a proper Wisconsin amount of snacks (which is to say, you won’t leave hungry) and some drinks to keep the stories flowing—and possibly rethinking whether that story you’re about to tell should come with a disclaimer.

Stop by if you can, stay as long as you like, and don’t be surprised if you leave laughing and wondering how he got away with half of it.
