Michael Jay Sherbin passed away peacefully on February 19, 2023 in Melbourne FL. He was born in New Jersey in 1940 and graduated from Sussex High School in 1958. He continued his education at Drew University and achieved his doctorate in law at University of Baltimore in 1965. He was a contract administrator for many different companies.
