Michael Shemayme, 38, of Shiprock, NM, passed away from cardiac arrest on August 05, 2022 at San Francisco General Hospital in San Francisco, California. 

Michael was born on October 24th, 1983 to Darreth Lee and Michael Shemayme Sr. in Shiprock, NM. After graduating from High School, he went on to get a certificate in Iron Work in Chicago, IL. He has 2 daughters named Acacia (10 yrs old) and Azalia (8 yrs. old) with mother Taunya Padilla. Michael loved to travel, cook, draw and  spend time with his loved ones. His girls meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Michael had a lot of street smarts and loved listening to all kinds of different music.  Anyone who knew Michael personally knew that he was genuine and a good hearted person deep down. He is survived by parents Norman/Darreth Lee, daughters Acacia/Azalia and his sister & brothers Brian/Anthony/Chris & Makaila. There will be a funeral service (pending) On Saturday, August 13th, 2022 at Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Shiprock, NM.
