Michael Scott Martin — loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend — passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 54.

Michael was born on December 7, 1968, to the parents of Carrie and Jonathan Martin Sr. in Stuart, Florida. He graduated from South Fork High School in 1988 and began his 30+ career in the plaster and stucco business. He later opened his own business, Orange State Plastering, and served the community of St. Lucie and Martin County.

While Michael was diligent in his craft of construction, he would say his seven wonderful children are his greatest accomplishment and proudest achievement. He prided himself on being a father and had recently earned the title “grandpa” with the addition of two(soon to be three) granddaughters.

Michael was loved by everyone he met and known everywhere he went. He could provide the advice you needed in that exact moment or have you laughing till you cried. He spent everyday reading his Bible and dedicated his life to living for Jesus. He always looked forward to the day that he would be welcomed home. While Michael left us far too soon, the impact he had on those he loved will be felt for years to come.

Michael is survived and missed by his children, Aryonna (William), Aleena (Gabriel), Trenton, Jadon, Kylan, Mekayna, and Analeigh. His brother, Jonathan Jr. (Lisa), nieces, Whitney and Syia, great-nephew, Jaedyn, and his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Symphony, and Emilia.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 21 at Calvary Jupiter, 10180 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478. We welcome you to join the family in remembering and celebrating Michael’s life.
