Michael Robert Puccini, age 65, passed away on December 12, 2025, in Berwyn, Illinois. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Michael was a lifelong Chicagoan at heart, deeply proud of his roots and unwavering in his loyalty to his beloved Bears.

Michael worked for many years in the Printing Department at Dominick’s, where he was known as a dedicated and dependable employee. Outside of work, he was a man of simple joys and fierce passions—an avid action movie buff, a competitive and undefeated family Scrabble champion, and above all, a devoted family man.

Michael’s greatest pride and joy were his family. He loved his son and daughter deeply and cherished every moment spent with his three grandsons, who brought him endless happiness and laughter. He will be remembered for his strong spirit, quick wit, and the love he showed so freely to those closest to him.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael R. Puccini Jr. (Tyler Puccini); his daughter, Jocelyn Puccini ; and his beloved grandsons, Jaxon Puccini, Oliver Puccini, and Emmett Puccini. He was preceded in death by his loving spouse, Teena Puccini.

Michael will be cremated, with a Celebration of Life to be held in early 2026, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of a life well lived.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dave Bosler, a dear friend who frequently visited Michael and offered invaluable care, companionship, and support.

Michael Robert Puccini will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
