Michael "Mike" Peterson, 58, of Gap, PA, passed away on January 03, 2023 from liver disease. Unfortunately, he also contracted COVID-19 while in the hospital, which ultimately sped up the process of his liver and other organs shutting down at a terrible speed.

Michael was predeceased by both of his parents whom he missed dearly and we believe is now reunited in heaven with. He is survived by his lifelong friend and more importantly partner Peggy Magnuson, and an army of sons! Michael was a private person who did not wish to have services or even be viewed post death. Please respect his wishes to have the last time you saw him, be the last memory you have because it undoubtedly ended with a hug and an I love you! Mike loved motorcycles and cars. He spent a lot of time since he got sick painting model cars and collecting them. You never visited him with him showing you a new car he put together! He loved his animals and was always one to help an injured animal he found anywhere. Mike spent most of his life doing rough, tough labor and in the end, got sick just late last year and was taken from us entirely too soon. But for those of us who believe....all perfect in Gods timing. Mike was in serious pain and heartache since last year due to his condition and inability to do most things he loved anymore. He was always the one to act okay but suffered behind closed doors.

Mike, we'll miss you forever and will keep your memory alive! And we WILL see you again one day and live a perfect life in heaven, pain free and cancer free.
