Michael was a strong, kind, loving, and supportive father. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of his children.
Michael was predeceased by his Father Phillip Manley and his mother and leaves behind his children Emily Manley, Patricia Toms, Kaitlynn Orr, and Robert Toms.
