We mourn the passing of Michael Mahmud Mooney, known affectionately as Mahmud, who left us on September 6, 2024. Born on November 2, 1951, Mahmud's life was marked by kindness, wisdom and an unwavering spirit, leaving an indelible mark on those he encountered.
His memory will be cherished by his daughter, Sherifa Mooney, and his wife Esmira Mooney among the many others whose lives were enriched by his presence. May his soul find rest and peace, even as his legacy of love and strength remains a source of inspiration to all who knew him.
