I am very sad to hear of this. I think it's been at least 35 years Mickey. I thought you were older than that actually, you were such a dominant character when we were teens. One thing sticks in my mind I said something one day about a car or bike or something and you corrected me and I said well I didn't know, and you said 'well get your sht together'. (In true Mike fashion of course, sharp and instantaneous without skipping a beat). We all cracked up. The simple little moments in time that last forever. My heartfelt condolences to your daughter and your family. I wish them only the best moving forward. They have an angel looking over them. Rest In Peace amigo. Your memory brings a smile to my face, I am glad to have known you.
