I remember Machol would always bring a smile and a laugh out of Saree, no matter the situation. His presence could bring a little levity to hardship and joy to sorrow.  Truly heartbroken to hear the news.  Our family is grieving with you and sending prayers and love your way.
Thinking of you all! I am so so sorry for your loss

We are sorry to hear of the loss of your son. We will be praying for you during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to learn about Machol's passing. It is just not fair especially after Cora and Tony. God comfort and bless you my dear friends. I will continue to pray for you.

Saree, Michael, Malau and Shammai, what does one say to such a beautiful life cut too short. i’m grieving with you and praying for you all as you honor the life of Machol. may God’s comforting embrace surround you during this time.
Sending you and your family so much love Saree - always. Heather
Our hearts go out to Saree & Michael and their family.
I met Machol through Zoë, one of his best friends, and I knew right off the bat that this is a great man. Our conversation was brief, but we hit it off right away. It’s really something else when you truly see the brilliance in someone with nothing more than a conversation. I see how much love he has given & received from his time on this earth, and I’m honored to be among those celebrating him. Rest well, brother.
My favorite Machol story will always be when he delivered the most perfect Christmas gifts to Ben Crosby and me one day before winter break when we were one morning duty. He walked up to both of us, and first handed Ben a tie which was perfect because he wore one every day. Then he reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a piece of Cora's fried chicken (yes, in a plastic bag), and handed it to me. I almost lost my mind...could there have been a better gift for me? Absolutely not!  I never taught Machol but he knew me well enough to know this was exactly what I would have wanted, more than anything.  And (sort of) sorry Saree - I know you were expecting some leftover chicken for lunch that day. I had the pleasure of knowing Machol through so many stages of his life - he was funny, smart, intuitive and had such a big heart. My heart with with Shammai, Saree, Michael and Malou and everyone that loved Machol.

When Danielle and I were getting to know Memphis, Saree was a huge connection point for us. She shared her family with us and for 5 years we watched her kids grow. We are so incredibly sorry for your loss and hope that you find comfort, love, and some peace in your time together coming up. We love you.

Jonah and George always looke…
Jonah and George always looked up Machol- literally and figuratively. They loved ShaMol and will miss Mol greatly. Our hearts are broken.
