I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. My wife Judy and I worked with Mike at Pyle-National. We both have many fond memories. Sally, you have our deepest condolences. We were watching a football game, thought of him and googled Mike. What a shock!
Sweet Sally, Kallie and Juniper, No one can ever fill the hole in your heart from the loss of dear Mikey. He was a man like no other, with his kindness and gentle nature. The world is a sadder place because he has moved away. We pray the wonderful memories you hold deep in your soul will help ease your pain. Remember, you have a very special angel watching over you. He loved all of you so very much.
BOSA Brother Mike - camp will never be the same without you. We will miss your helping hands, calming presence and friendship. I pray the Lord wraps his loving arms around your family and gives them peace. Forever grateful to have known you. Scott
My very sincere condolences to his family & friends. He was a really caring & nice man. Funny at times too. He enjoyed life & what he could share kindly with it. He will be missed by many. We will miss seeing your smile at Wilson camp Mike. Rest in Heavenly Peace Mike 🙏🏻❤️
Michael was my student in fifth grade at Ridge Elementary School. A wonderful student was he! He was a gentle giant for sure! I was so sad to hear of his passing! My condolences to his family!
Mike was such a blessing! Like an angel, he'd show up to help, and be there when he was needed most- always unexpected, but with perfect timing. How did he know?! But what a comfort! As babies, we shared the same babysitter while our parents double-dated. I was probably crying, but Mike was there even then. Imagine that. Mike was a true and caring friend for so many of us. May his memory be with love, gratitude, and be eternal. ❤️
Mike was a great guy. We met my Freshman year at SIU football and kept in touch all of these years. Good times for sure. He is missed already RIP Mike.
Mike - truly a gentle giant. I felt lucky to know Mike. We played Football together at SIU. I was able to get to know Mike as we gathered each year in Carbondale to relive our old days. He will be missed. I heard about this yesterday and I remain in shock.
