I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Michael. I worked in many different roles with him from peer to manager. He was a wonderful, creative, mentor for me and provided me with many great tips on management styles. He always inspired me to continue to learn and often provide the little nudges I needed to continue to grow my skills. I will forever be grateful for the time I spent with him and memories that I have. You will be missed, Michael.

I was sad to discover recently that Dr. Fimian had passed away. He was my mentor in grad school at SNHU. I took several online courses from him, so I never met him in person, but I will never forget his advice and encouragement. He inspired me to be the best instructional designer I could be. He will be greatly missed.
